The Quiet Space

A studio far, far away

Lessons take place in an independent teaching space designed specifically for focused, undistracted tuition.

It's quiet in there.

You can hear a mouse.

The mouse can hear the cat's paws.

The space is deliberately tucked away from the distractions of the rest of the house. Inspired by the teaching spaces of the Music Education Centre, it is compact, practical and designed around learning rather than lounging like a queen.

We keep things economical and productive: a dedicated space, a closed door, and windows that let in some natural light without putting the student on display.

While you are waiting, there is a separate waiting area for parents, or for picking up and dropping off children.

Two pianos. And more.

There are two pianos — a Yamaha and an Eastwood — along with keyboards, microphones and other equipment.
